Rules and regulations, terms, conditions, fine print and all that is never fun. Our greetings are meant to be fun, however there are some terms and conditions that are necessary. Please read through these prior to placing your order so we’re all on the same page. We want you to be happy with your order and with our service. It’s our intention to make your day and to make the day of your special person a happy one.
When placing an order with Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations, LLC, you are consenting to the policies listed on this website.
All signs are 24 hour rentals and remain the property of Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations, LLC. If you need a rental period longer than 24 hours contact us.
Signs should not be moved without the written consent of Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations, LLC.
You are responsible for replacement of the sign should it be damaged or stolen while in your possession.
If you have a lawn care crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up or after we take down the lawn greeting. You are responsible for any damage landscapers do to our signs. There will be an additional fee charged for any damage to our signs. Full payment for replacement of any signs that are damaged or stolen will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please keep all pets away from the yard greeting. You are responsible for any damage your pets do to our signs.
Please don’t attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
We typically deliver and set up of your Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations anytime between 7pm-midnight the evening before your event/celebration unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering. Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations will pickup the evening of your event after 6:00pm. If your celebration requires different delivery or pickup times, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
If weather is an issue Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations may set up early morning the day of your event. We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions. In that event, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, if we are unable to set up your greeting because of severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
You will receive an invoice by email. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking. We also accept Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and cash.
For everyone’s safety, especially children, please don’t allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items won’t safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.
Please do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, let us know and we will take care of it.
Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the time our signs are set up on your property or during setup or removal of any rental.
If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
We love surprises too! But please let an adult know at the home we are delivering too.
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.

We will not put up a “mean” display. We won’t do cruel jokes of any sort. Our business is to make people happy. That being said, please do not “re-arrange” the letters on our signs. We reserve the right to decline yard greetings.
If the recipient calls us and wants to know who ordered the display, we will tell them unless you give us specific instructions not to. We will also take down the display immediately if they request us to do so.
We love to surprise people, but please let an adult know at the home we are delivering to.
We may place a small sign in the yard with our company name, phone number and web address. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know how to find us to order a display so we can make their celebration special too. Please don’t move or hide it.
Fiesta Yard Sign Celebrations LLC values you as a customer and we respect your privacy. We do not sell your information to any other person or company. We hope to earn your repeat business and your referrals.
